Established in 1977, GOAL is an international humanitarian agency, with a team of 3,500 personnel, dedicated to alleviating the needs of the most vulnerable communities. Currently operating in 14 of the world’s most vulnerable countries, GOAL delivers a wide range of humanitarian and development programmes, ranging from humanitarian relief in disaster situations, to focusing on nutrition, food security, and building greater resilience and sustainable livelihoods.;
Overview of Role;
GOAL is looking for someone to join their team on a 2-month paid internship. The successful candidate will work closely with GOAL’s Human Resources team to design and develop improvements to their current data collection and reporting systems. ;
Key Areas of Responsibility;
- Support the use of Power Platform to build low-code solutions, enabling business optimisation for the HR Department.;;
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop intuitive user interfaces and meet business needs.;
Skills & Qualifications:
Degree candidate in Data Science, Statistics, Software Development, or a similar field.
Desired coursework/experience:;
- Database structure/design
- UI design
- Data Visualisation software (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
- Basic automation (scripting, macros, etc.)
Platforms to be learned/used:;
- MS SharePoint Lists
- MS PowerAutomate
- MS PowerBI;
